Manufacturers are able to screenprint on 2x1 baby rib, but heat transferring on this type of fabric is not ideal. If the shirt is created with combed ring spun cotton it will be of better quality and hold it's shape better.40

Sheer Jersey is a high demand fabric. It is very thin, elastic, and keeps its shape. Screenprinting, unless done with water based inks, must be very fine on sheer jersey. Heavy lettering should not be used.

This thick fabric is great for screenprinting and heat transfers. It is available as 100% cotton or as a cotton polyester blend. One concern about this type of fabric is its capacity to pill on the inside

Thermal defoliation by hot air treatment resulted in defoliation rates nearly equal to those resulting from conventional chemical defoliation. Thermal defoliation also resulted in complete mortality of late season insect pests in two varieties and two field conditions. No damage to seed or fiber properties could be attributed to thermal defoliation, but application expenses are higher.

The present invention relates to a polyester and cotton blended yarn capable of obtaining a polyester and cotton blended fabric having a superior bulkiness and a soft touch, and a polyester staple fiber stock which is useful to obtain the blended yarn as a yarn having superior properties with regard to neps and a yarn uneveness.
