ApparelManufacturers.com would like to assure all our customers that your items will arrive on time and in good condition. 

 

RETURNS 

 

If you receive your item(s) in a less than stellar condition or you have issues with the size of the item(s) you ordered, ApparelManufacturers.com must be notified within ten (10) days upon receiving the order for the returns. All items subject for returns must be shipped back to ApparelManufacturers.com in the same "un-used" and "un-worn" condition. Please take note that return shipping is the customers responsibility, and all returns are subjected to a 20% re-stocking fee.  

 

ApparelManufacturers.com will issue a refund of the total cost --- less the shipping cost and 20% restocking fee. Here is an example:  

 

Total order cost = $150  

Shipping = $7.50  

Restocking fee = $30 (20% of total order cost)  

 

Total Refund will be $112.50, since the shipping cost and restocking fee has been deducted on the total order cost.  

 

Please review your order carefully and check all sizing charts before placing order. 

 

EXCHANGES 

 

Customers must notify ApparelManufacturers.com of all exchanges within 10 days upon receiving the order. For exchanges, we must receive the items in satisfactory, un-worn condition. The items must be received before the exchange will be issued. Return shipping shall be the customers sole expense. All exchanges will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
