Billing & Shipping Information 

We use a secure payment gateway ~ PayPal. This protects and secures both your payment information and ours. When you provide us the shipping address, please verify the address you provide us with. Please also be sure to provide us with a correct floor, apartment or suite number, if necessary. This can result in an undeliverable package which will then be returned to us and delay the orders arrival time. In either instance, we will contact before shipping/re-shipping can occur with these orders, which can delay how quickly your order will arrive depending on response time.  

 

Shipping Options 

Our Standard shipping option has a flat rate of $9.45. With standard shipping, orders ship out 1-3 days after they are received and upon payment being cleared. Shipping and delivery times depend on the delivery location. 

 

Our Express shipping option has a flat rate of $29.95. With express shipping, orders ship out 1 day after they are received and upon payment being cleared. This does not include weekends. Shipping and delivery times depend on the delivery location.

International Shipping 

At this time we are not accepting International Orders. 

 

We do ship to APO, FPO, and PO Boxes. However, this will affect shipping and delivery times significantly. Shipping and delivery times may take up to twice as long as commercial or residential shipping locations. The same is true for orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. These order may be shipped through USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
